Of late I've had a number of complaints regarding people not knowing about meetings, so here I'm going to remind you YET AGAIN about how the procedure works.
Whenever a meeting is called, the first person contacted is the Program Coordinator (Eugene). It's then Eugene's job to contact all directors - and Directors only! - about the meeting.
Directors! You make sure you inform your assistants. Both your assistants. Either they reply in SMS form or they at least miss call you. It's on YOUR heads, directors, if your assistant doesn't come, or doesn't know about the meeting.
Assistants! Your Director is not the only way to find out about meetings. The blog often has meeting notices. If you can go online, great. If you can't, well, make sure you regularly get in touch with your dear friends in the committee.
